We want you to love your purchase from Dollars and Pounds. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items as per our return policy:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact our customer service team at info@dollarsandpounds.co.uk to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or other items that came with it.
- Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost (£6.00) is non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
EXCEPTIONS
- Items marked as sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
